Oxygen is vital for newborn babies struggling to breathe and young children admitted with malaria, pneumonia and other serious conditions.

 

Thanks to your generosity we have purchased a new oxygen concentrator for the emergency department of the Children's Hospital.

We don't want to stop there though.

​

There is a second type of machine we want to supply,  that can provide "Continuous Positive Airway Pressure" (breathing support) to newborn babies in a low-resource setting.

​

The company who produces "baby CPAP" has made a short video (right) about how these machines save tiny lives.
